About
Some people walk past a thrift store. We walk in.
We linger. We dig. We hold a chipped ceramic mug up to the light and wonder who drank their morning coffee from it, what they were thinking about, whether they were happy. We bring home the linen dress that smells faintly of cedar and someone else’s summer. We rearrange a shelf three times until it feels exactly right.
That’s the spirit behind Second Hand Muse.

We are not a resale shop.
We are a curated world — part vintage wardrobe, part gathered home, part handmade with intention. Everything here has been chosen slowly, handled carefully, and loved before it ever reached you. Nothing is here by accident.
Second Hand Muse was born from a deep belief that the most beautiful things are the ones that have already lived. That a worn edge tells a story. That slow, considered living is a quiet act of resistance. That style and soul are not mutually exclusive — and neither are sustainability and beauty.
What you’ll find here
Clothing that has character. Home goods with history. Handmade pieces crafted with the same unhurried attention we bring to everything we do. If it doesn’t have a soul, it doesn’t make the cut.
We source from flea markets and estate sales, from quiet towns and unlikely places. We clean, mend, and style each piece ourselves. We photograph everything in good light, at the right hour, the way it deserves to be seen.
Who we’re for
You already know if this is your place.
You’re the one who stops at the antique booth everyone else walks past. Who builds a wardrobe piece by piece instead of cart by cart. Who believes a home should feel gathered, not decorated. Who is a little tired of being sold to — and just wants to find something real.
Welcome. We’ve been expecting you.
(We’re all a little mad here — and we think that’s the best way to be.)
